Trading and fees
Native/ERC-20 settlement, slippage controls, zero platform creation fee, and immutable V1/V2 economics.
Trading and fees
Swap path
The official router accepts exact-input swaps only. It validates the canonical factory route, transfers or settles the complete input, and enforces the signed recipient, deadline, minimum output, and optional square-root-price limit. Native-ETH input is supplied as msg.value; ERC-20 input requires an allowance.
V1 has no pool tax and no referral reward. V2 charges its immutable total tax on buy and sell quote flow. On a buy, the taxed remainder enters the AMM. On a sell, tax is removed from quote output.
Token creation
createToken is nonpayable. Fledgo charges no platform creation fee, regardless of whether the selected quote is ETH, WETH, USDC, USDG, or a Stock Token. Network gas is separate, and a reverted transaction can still consume gas.
The web server reads ETH/USD from Chainlink on Base or Robinhood Chain and caches successful readings for 10 seconds. It validates the round and age, can use the other mainnet feed as a fallback, and marks a last-known value as stale. Stable quotes use a clearly identified nominal peg. When no reviewed quote/USD source exists for a Stock Token, Fledgo leaves the USD value unavailable rather than inventing one.
Slippage and price limits do not eliminate MEV, volatility, thin liquidity, malicious pair assets, or stale interface data.
V2 fees and referral attribution
Let P be protocol tax, C creator allocation, R referral allocation and B buyback allocation, expressed in basis points. P is 40; C and R are each at least 10; P + C is between 50 and 500; R + B cannot exceed C. Total tax is P + C, never P + C + R. Rates, buyback allocation, creator recipients and split weights are immutable after launch. Creator proceeds can be split among up to ten unique recipients with positive weights totaling 100%.
The first successful referred V2 buy through the official router binds the trader to a referrer for that factory deployment. Binding is wallet-level, persists across its V2 tokens, cannot be replaced, and rejects direct self-referral. Subsequent authenticated V2 buys and sells allocate R from C to that referrer. Without authenticated attribution, R stays with creator recipients. B is also funded from C. Moving to another router does not avoid canonical-pool tax but does not authenticate the referral. Independent pools are outside this guarantee.
Fees accrue in the pair asset and require claims; they are not necessarily sent immediately to wallets. Creator claims are available in My Account and referral claims on the appropriate account/token surfaces. V1 has no referral reward. Protocol fee claims go to the configured treasury. Creator-funded buyback execution spends accrued allocation, buys the launch token and burns it; it is executor-restricted and bounded by execution parameters, not guaranteed to prevent every manipulation or MEV attack.
Current web trading controls
Buy inputs default to USD, with a switch to pair-asset units. A current pair-asset reference price is required for USD conversion and the $0.01 minimum buy. Selling has no USD minimum; positive input and an executable quote are required. Slippage is fixed at 1% for buys, sells and the first buy during creation. The interface does not automatically raise it.
Estimated receive and Minimum receive retain small nonzero amounts. My assets shows the connected wallet's balances. Native pair assets are ETH on Robinhood Chain and Base.
The network selector determines the relevant factory, pool, balances and claims. See Contracts for separate Robinhood Chain and Base deployments.
