How Fledgo works

The V4 launch, permanent-liquidity, V1 vesting, V2 tax, referral, claim, and buyback paths.

How Fledgo works

Fledgo is developed and operated by Fledgo LLC. It launches fixed-supply tokens directly into canonical Uniswap V4 pools. There is no bonding curve, graduation threshold, or later liquidity migration.

1. Fixed supply and canonical pool

FledgoLaunchTokenV1 / FledgoLaunchTokenV2 mints exactly 1,000,000,000 transferable 18-decimal units. No later mint function exists. The factory registers the exact pool with the shared hook before initialization, so another address cannot pre-initialize the predictable canonical pool.

Every pool uses its selected pair-asset profile's immutable opening price, finite range, and tick spacing. The V4 native pool fee is zero; V2 economics are enforced by the shared hook instead.

2. Permanent single-sided liquidity

V1 places 99% of supply into FledgoLiquidityVault and places 1% into a 30-day protocol vesting schedule. V2 places 100% into FledgoLiquidityVault. The vault has no liquidity-removal, rescue, sweep, or generic-execution path, and retains any rounding residue.

3. V2 tax and rewards

For gross quote flow G, protocol basis points P = 40, creator basis points C, and referral basis points R:

total tax = floor(G × (P + C) / 10,000)
protocol  = floor(G × P / 10,000) + rounding remainder
creator   = floor(G × C / 10,000) - buyback - authenticated referral
referral  = floor(G × R / 10,000), carved from creator allocation

C and R must each be at least 10 basis points, P + C must be between 50 and 500 basis points, and referral plus buyback cannot exceed C. A buyback allocation may use only part of C. V2 tax is taken in the pool pair asset on both buys and sells.

If the trader has a valid persistent referrer, R is deducted from creator accrual and credited to that wallet. Otherwise the full creator allocation after buyback remains with creators. Creator accrual follows the immutable recipient weights selected at launch.

4. Claims and buyback

Protocol, referral, and creator balances remain separately accounted in the pair asset until claimed. The token page exposes referral claims; creator recipients claim from My Account. A creator-funded buyback can spend only its accrued allocation, must respect executor authorization, deadline, price limit, and minimum output, and burns every received launch token.

Price change

The signed percentage beside a token price compares the latest indexed pair-asset price with the last indexed price at the 24-hour boundary. For a newer market, it compares with the opening indexed price. It is omitted when no valid price exists.

Explore and liquidity

Explore can filter launches by token class, V1 or V2 mode, pair asset, USD market cap, USD liquidity, and all-time USD volume. Trending and other market sorts use the latest indexed activity and may lag the chain.

Liquidity is the current value of the permanent Uniswap V4 position held by the liquidity vault: both sides of the position are valued at the pool's current price. Fledgo shows a USD amount only when the pair asset has a reviewed USD price source. Otherwise the pair-asset amount remains visible and USD is marked unavailable.

Curated external markets

Explore can include Manager-curated Uniswap V3 or V4 markets that were not launched by Fledgo. Paste one token address, V3 pool address, or V4 Pool ID; the server discovers token and pool metadata, requires an enabled Fledgo pair asset, and verifies the canonical pool before saving. These cards show only their Uniswap version and never receive a V1/V2 badge, Fledgo referral link, reward claim, or Fledgo Router path. Curation is not an endorsement or a guarantee of liquidity, safety, or price accuracy.

External token artwork is selected by the Manager from the Media library, not fetched automatically. Where several eligible pools exist, the Manager supplies an exact V3 pool address or V4 Pool ID. A Uniswap trade link selects the token and pair asset; Uniswap determines the execution route and is not locked to the listed pool.

Opening valuation and range

Registered profiles target approximately USD 4,000 opening fully diluted valuation at their recorded pair-asset reference prices. With 1 billion tokens, this corresponds to approximately USD 0.000004 per launch token at that reference. It is not capital raised, paired assets deposited, or a guaranteed price floor.

Profiles use tick spacing 200 and a 92,200-tick span, approximately 10,092.41 times the opening price. Both token-address orderings have configured ranges. Tick rounding makes the actual reference FDV slightly different from USD 4,000.

The factory stores fixed prices in pair-asset units, not an adjustable USD peg. Changes in ETH, stock or other pair-asset USD prices change future launches' USD opening valuation. Registered profiles cannot be rewritten; an owner may enable/disable profiles for future launches and register new assets. Environment or database edits do not alter the onchain ranges.

Base stock references use issuer-specific Chainlink total-return token prices; cbBTC uses its own USD feed. Robinhood references validate token metadata and apply the onchain corporate-action multiplier once to the underlying issuer quote. Wide off-hours spreads use a timestamped actual trade reference instead of their midpoint. Weekend references may be last-close values, not live executable prices. These registration references are distinct from the interface's current USD display.

Creation and the first buy

Creation has no platform fee; users pay network gas. FledgoCreateAndBuy is an additive helper connected to the existing factory and router. Its quoteInitialBuy call temporarily simulates creation and quoting, then rolls back state. The UI previews output including tax, derives minimum output using fixed 1% slippage and checks the exact request again before submission.

Creation and the initial buy execute atomically: if the buy fails, creation reverts. ERC-20 approvals remain separate transactions. The helper never attributes referrals on the initial buy; the unused referral portion stays with creator recipients. Factory events record the helper as creator; creatorOf(token) identifies the initiating wallet, which the indexer resolves after checking the factory binding. Explicit fee recipients still claim directly.

Atomic creation prevents another transaction from interleaving before that first buy. It does not reserve the entire block for the creator, restrict later trades, or eliminate snipers and MEV. The web Create flow requires an initial purchase worth at least $0.01 at the current reference price. This is a UI requirement, not a restriction on direct factory calls.

Current launch experience

Select Robinhood Chain or Base.

Create opens a first-buy popup before the wallet. A minimum $0.01 purchase is required by the web UI; it buys tokens and is not a platform creation fee. Network gas is additional. The quote includes applicable tax and slippage protection. Missing or stale USD pricing blocks confirmation. Creation and buying execute in one transaction; ERC-20 approvals can require separate transactions. The factory itself still permits creation without buying.

V2 buy and sell use the same immutable tax. Fee inputs use 0.01% steps. Protocol receives 0.40%; creator fee is 0.10%–4.60%. Referral and buyback are carved from the creator fee, not added to the trader's total.

Explore's hot strip ranks up to ten Fledgo-created tokens on the selected network; external markets are excluded. DEX Screener charts use the market's exact pool identifier and appear only when that pool is indexed. A trade does not guarantee provider support or immediate indexing.
